Relevance and recency results are merged, then scored by attention (points plus weighted comments) and attention per hour.
- 3
Read the signal
Plain-English takeaways, up to 30 stories with points, comments, age and velocity, top source domains and recurring angles. Export to CSV or Markdown.

Questions
Is this only Hacker News?
Yes. That's the point: it's where technical early adopters decide what matters, often days before it reaches other platforms.
How fresh is the data?
Live. Each run searches Hacker News at that moment.
Does it use AI to make things up?
No. The ranking and takeaways are calculated from the stories' real points, comments and timestamps.
What does it cost?
Trend Radar is part of The AI Stack membership: $99 a month, billed monthly until you cancel. There's no separate charge for this Tool and no usage fees on top.
Is there a limit?
Up to 40 runs a day, which resets daily.
What happens after I pay?
Checkout creates your account with the email you pay with and takes you straight into Trend Radar. If the payment takes a moment to confirm, you'll see that and can refresh safely: you're never charged twice.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from your billing settings. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. Our Refund Policy explains refunds.
Do I get the source code?
Using Trend Radar is included. The membership also includes selected source code and components under our licence (see License). Ready-to-Launch Businesses are separate and by application.
